Compacted 6" A Gravel Base - One of the key components to a long-lasting concrete installation is the base. We install a 6-inch compacted A gravel base beneath all concrete surfaces. This base provides a stable foundation, ensuring that the concrete does not shift or crack over time. The gravel also allows for proper drainage, preventing moisture buildup underneath the slab that could lead to cracks or other damage. The gravel is compacted to the right density to create a solid, uniform surface that supports the weight and traffic on the concrete.

Concrete Slab Thickness - Depending on the specific project – whether it's a driveway, patio, or another concrete feature – we adjust the thickness of the slab to ensure strength and durability:

Driveways: For driveways that will endure heavy traffic, we install a 6 inch thick concrete slab, providing the necessary strength to withstand the weight of vehicles and everyday use.
